The trick is to see it as something you can spend. You don't need to be a financial advisor or understand how the central banks float our money on the stock markets to understand how to use money, right? Think of it like that. You don't need to be a crypto nut to spend Steem :)

@raymondspeaks WHEW! That's a relief! Luckily I have a couple of friends who seem to be "in the know". What's odd about it is that I consider myself to be someone of average intelligence, but the crypto market is kind of like trying to think about the concept of time or infinity or something! I'll simplify to your approach I think. Lol
