Two months ago a friend told me about this platform, so I created a profile, uploaded a couple of random photos and then I dropped it. Last month I started engaging a little more, reading articles, commenting on other authors' posts, upvoting, resteeming, etc. I also started experimenting on what information would be nice to promote in here, what kind of content would benefit the community but I would also be interested to write about.
And so the days went by, I launched my new series of articles on weird natural phenomena and people responded, my followers list started growing and here I am today, with more than 100 steemians following me! I should say a great thank you to those of you who helped me, a clueless minnow, rise.

Where abouts in Greece are you from? I was in Athens, Trikala and Thessoloniki last year overdosing on gyros...
I think I should keep my whereabouts secret for the time being, but I have lived in Thessaloniki several years! It's a wonderful city!
I did like Thessaloniki, especially chilling on top of the castle at night, but I definitely preferred Meteora and Trikala. Athens also had its own little charm
If you happen to visit Greece again, I'd definitely suggest Kavala in the summer (many lovely beaches around the town) and Kastoria in winter-they're on the mainland. You could also check on Santorini and Crete, they're on my favorite-islands-list
