I've been working on a Breya build, but I don't know if it will ever be competitive in the local meta...everyone here has these ridiculou$$$ decks that they've been piloting for years. And then there's me, just durdling around, still trying to figure out the best way to shuffle all those cards...
Cool, Breya is really powerful. I think you should be able to make a competitive deck with a modest budget but maybe I'm lucky that my meta sort of follows the 75% philosophy.
