I'm looking forward to your posts as I can relate to your motivations: Four years ago I had quite some weight but I found the motivation to do something about that and now I feel great!
I don't know if this helps but what worked for me was reducing greatly on sugar, walking at least 30mins a day and (very important) eating very little at night.
