I closed the veil, I was inspired from the story "Rabiatul Adawiyah" srikandi country
this is her story, Rabiatul Adawiyah, srikandi country
Sufi is a term for those who study the science of tasawwuf, a kind of mysticism in Islam. It has been a common thing since ancient times that the Sufi figures are from among men such as Al-Hallaj, Jalaluddin Rumi, Shaykh Shohibul Faroji Azmatkhan Ba'alawi Al-Husaini, Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jaelani, Abu Nawas, Sheikh Abul Hasan Asy Syadzili. Men are rightly leaders and leading figures in every field. But the theory was no longer valid when a Sufi figure appeared from a woman named Siti Rabiatul Adawiyah.
Rabiah is the first Sufi to introduce the teachings of the Divine Mahabbah (Love), a ladder (maqam) or the level passed by a salik (divine path). In addition to Rabi'ah al-Adawiyah, another Sufi who introduced the teachings of the Mahabbah is Maulana Jalaluddin Rumi, the Sufi poet who was born in Persia in 604 AH / 1207 AD and died in 672 AH / 1273 AD Jalaluddin Rumi introduced the concept of Mahabbah through sya'ir -sya'irnya, especially in the Matsnawi and Diwan-i Syam-I Tabriz.
RADAWIYAH RABIAH BIOGRAPHY FROM VARIOUS AUTHORITY
Siti Rabiah Adawiyah was born in Basra in 105 H and died in 185 H. Siti Rabiah Al Adawiyah was one of the Sufi women who devoted her entire life to worshiping God alone. Soerang women whose life paths are not like women in general, he is isolated in the world of mysticism away from worldly things. There is nothing more beloved in a world that surpasses his love for God. His life seemed to be just to get God's blessings, there is no purpose other than that. Rabiah has once expressed the form of surrendering himself to God, the sincerity of his worship to God in the following verse:
"If I worship You for fear of the Fire of Your Fire then burn me in it. And if I worship you for wishing your heaven then forbid me from it. But if I worship you because of my love for You then give me a big reply, give me your great and glorious face. "
الحب الذي لا تقيده رغبة سوى حب الله وحده
'Pure love which is not limited only by desire is love to God alone'
Siti Rabiah Al-adawiyah was born into a poor family. The whole house can only be found items that really needed it even said they do not have a drop of oil (a kind of oil telon) just to warm the stomach of his son, they do not have lights to illuminate his house. His father only works to carry passengers across the Dijlah River by boat. Rabiah Adawiyah's father abstains to beg for others despite his economic conditions amidst destruction and near misery.
Rabiah's father Ismail, a name not so well known in his region, is far from the sparkling life of the city of Basra, then a big city. Better to die than to beg for others for the father of Rabiah Adawiyah. The principle inherent in Rabah's father as the husband of the wife who has four children is so strong.
The husband is always convinced that God's help will come soon, God never sleeps, God will always guard and protect his wife and children. Until one day his poor wife cried sadly over the condition of his family is all concerned. In such circumstances the wife complains to her husband.
The husband can only put his head down on his knees until he finally gets lost in his sleep. In his sleep he dreamed of seeing the Prophet. The Prophet urged him: "Do not grieve, for the newborn baby is the queen of the women and will mediate 70 thousand of my people".
Then the Prophet continued; "Tomorrow, go to the Governor of Bashrah, Isa az-Zadan and write the following words on a white sheet: 'Every night you send a hundred times shalawat to me, and every night Friday four hundred times. Yesterday was Friday night but you forgot to do it. As a redeemer of your negligence give it to this man
