Its pretty much like sharing it on any platform. If you resteem a post it appears on your blog and all your followers and people who visit your page can see it. The idea of the #newbieresteemday is to give newer members more exposure and chances to network and grow.
The resteem button is to the left of the reply button and it is the curled arrow facing in a clockwise direction. (I hope that makes sense)
