Hey fellow Steemians!
My name is Nathan (guy on the left), I’m a 23 year old magician currently living it up in the wonderful land down under just a stones throw away from Melbourne.
So what do you do?
I’m glad you asked! So for the past 5.5 years I have been on and off learning magic, but really kicked into gear around 2.5 years ago. From that point on I have become absolutely obsessed with everything to do with magic, even going so far as to get my favourite card (7 of spades) tattooed on my finger and also started my own brand of playing cards. Outside of magic I am equally as passionate about personal health and fitness. I train at the gym 5-6 days per week and also started to learn to row in March of this year, which I currently do 3 times per week along the Yarra River.
On top of those few things I also love everything to do with entrepreneurship and the whole startup culture. At the time of writing this I have started 4 businesses (the most recent one being my own playing cards) and I’m also slowly working on a 5th (which I’ll let everyone know about once it gets off of the ground).
Why Steemit?
I started getting into cryptocurrencies/blockchain tech in October and have been extremely intrigued by it all. While talking to one of my friends about which ones I’ve invested in etc he asked if I’d heard of STEEM. I hadn’t at that stage and he recommended me to check it out because I’m a massive user of social media and he thought I’d love to explore a new platform.
What are you going to post?
Honestly I’m not 100% sure! I’ve never really tried to blog my thoughts/experiences in life so maybe I’ll include some of that. I’d love to post my magic videos and thoughts about the art of magic if that’s something you guys would like to see. Completely open to suggestions though, would love to hear from you guys!
