In your list "how to earn more Steem / SBD" there is one essential point missing: TRADING. Steem is a crypto currency that is traded at the big exchage platforms in the world. A lot of the big stake holders here didn't make their Steem on Steemit but exchanging other currencies for Steem (outside this network).

Ah, you're right. Especially with the recent fluctuations. I'll work on a new version of that post that includes trading Steem / SBD.
