Frequently. But I'm not much of a front-end dev and I've never really cared enough to bother changing it. Besides, I'm considering migrating away from Drupal for the blog. To what I'm not sure; a big question is how to handle the comments, as I have 10 years of content with comments on there that I don't want to just hand over to Disqus or something. But I also dislike WordPress. So... no idea what's happening there. :-)
Migrating 10 years of content with comments done the right way would be interesting case study to read though.
