RE: I have missed college 😞

You ought not to feel that all is lost. I live in America, from the South in particular. I work everyday with a lot of tradesmen, and sometimes with college graduates. I myself graduated college, but a college degree and a real education are NOT the same thing!

I know many college graduates who are utterly useless when it comes to solving practical daily problems. Many cannot manage their money or emotions very well. Educate yourself in the meantime in practical things. I am slowly teaching myself computer programming (Python). Learn a new language.

Look for learning opportunities everyday, and whatever you do--do NOT give up! The people that ultimately rise to the top are those that know how to think creatively under pressure, and accomplish meaningful things! You want to be the person who gets things done. A degree is a piece of paper that gets your foot in the door. An education is something (sometimes, not always found in college) that stays with you, and enriches your soul. Strive for an education, for wisdom, for a mature and humble heart.

I wish you the best, and may G-d bless you!

Thank you so much. You are nice and kind. Your tips give me more motivation to strive for. I know that a university degree can still be unemployed, but in my country people still rank high above university. I wish you good luck in life! 🤗
