I don't even know where to start this post. All I can say is the last couple of days have been stressful. As many of you may or may not know I lost access to my first Steemit Account @social-butterfly Here is my first introduction if you care to read it. Upvoting it would probably be useless because I can no longer access the account.

At first I was very sad and discouraged at the fact that I may have lost the account forever. The technology Gods have not shown their mercy on me. But thanks to my loving husband @mrviquez I now have this account. It took me so long to finally decide to be on Steemit and when I finally make the leap I lose the account after only ten days.
Honestly I'm still a little confused as to what exactly happened but one thing I do know is that I will protect myself from this ever happening again. If I had only saved my private keys to my Steemit account I would be okay. The way I understand it the private keys would have saved the day. So once my hubby payed for my new account we saved all the keys in the wallet. I suggest that everyone do the same so that they don't go through the same thing I did. This careless mistake of not saving all my keys has cost me over 70sbd and almost 50 SteemPower. Not to mention three days of no activity on Steemit. On top of that I had over 100 followers. I am going to attempt to write everyones name in this post so that if you are still interested in following my new page @thesocialqueen you can.
I want to give a special shout out to all the cool guys https://steemspeak.com on Discord for helping me get through this crazy problem.
Special shout out to @applecrisp and @inertia for working through the night and trying to solve this problem. Also I will never forget that @applecrisp was my very first follower.

She forgot her password but if she had saved her private key she would have been able to recover her account.
Not correct!! @alao i had the right password i never logged out some how i was logged out and couldn't get back in with my generated password because of the dash in my screen name. Your right i had no idea i had to save
