I am homesteading in Central America 500 meters from the Pacific ocean. I walk on the beach every day, usually with my son and dogs. Always warm here.

Mosquito season is almost over 😉 diseases - depends on which ones you are talking about. Flu season just started in full swing. Just your usual vaccinations needed!
