RE: Introducing myself... Unlock yourself - Learning to say "f*ck it"

I have definitely lucked out to stumble up your introductory post; your message is so complementary to the blog that I have just begun as well. I am certain that I will continue to find inspiration in your posts!

I very much enjoyed the idea of the two types of FEARs, it is very accurate and becomes easy to see only in hindsight. I agree that we need to be moving ourselves forward to progress toward what is the truth to each one of us; only then can we ensure that we can all find meaning in our existence.

I am very new to yoga; I had avoided it up until this year because I was too fidgety, also enjoy listening to music and flowing to combine it with the exercises I do. I was introduced to a program that took traditional poses but utilized more dynamic compound body movements, in this case to increase cardiovascular and resistance activation with the stretching benefits of yoga. I will head over and check you out on other platforms and see if YOGAFUNC is similar. Happy New Year and welcome to the community!

YOGAFUNC is fun. :) Good music, dynamic and quite challenging training. Not only stretching. I think I will post something to DTube about it. Anyway, like I mentioned in your blog, I also posted one video (ashtanga yoga + yin yoga) to DTube yesterday, so go check it out. All of you guys who see this comment, head to https://d.tube/v/ashtangamonkeys/8l3o5e25 and start practicing. :)

Yes, fear is interesting. In most cases it is an illusionary one and it actually shows us the direction we should be moving in. Moving towards fear will help us grow and to make our world bigger. A life controlled by our fears and our limiting beliefs is not a life fully lived. What is a life fully lived, I think it's about growing and expanding, about movement and change. It's about finding our illusionary limits and breaking through them... and that's scary sometimes. Maybe I'll write a blog post about that, to inspire myself to do it even more. :)
