If you want to accept small payments as Lightning, give me a shout. When payments come in to me, I generally have no idea where they come from, I only know the details of the last node which they come into my Lightning node via.
I have very simple to use APIs which will generate a QR code / Lightning invoice for a one time payment. You specify if you want Hive/HBD or even now Sats and you set the amount in Hive/HBD/USD or sats :-) If your user pays the invoice you get a Hive transfer and you can include any unique code which will come through with the Hive payment.

So as for my knowledge no VPN provider 'gives' a routable V6 range to the end user. The WAN IPv6 you get is the IPv6 of the VPN server.
The GUA is globally routable and reachable in the IPv6 Internet.
As for ULA, yes a unique local V6 address is allocated to each client's tun0 network interface for the US servers that support V6.

I’m not looking for a routable GUA. Just want that rather than a ULA for ipv6 since modern os prefer ip versions in this order:
GUA IPv6 > IPv4 > ULA IPv6
