It’s pretty annoying how the will of one or two larger accounts takes nearly the entire chain with it for blacklists and downvotes. One pet peeve of mine for sure.
Hopefully we'll see more and more sites adopt the new decentralized blacklists where users can subscribe to the blacklists they want versus supporting the monopoly of power that we have now. It's sorely needed!
