I am transformational guide that assists others on their journey out of suffering.
I have been on an internal journey from a very young age, a path that led from severe suffering on a mental/emotional level, and intense physical pain, to a place of abundance, purpose and joy.
My journey has culminated in the creation of a natural health and personal development retreat space called the Well-Being Sanctuary on the shore of the Swartvlei Lake near Knysna in South Africa.
The intention of the space is to create awareness that there is a deeper purpose to this process that we call life, and that our connection to lovers and family hold the key to unlocking our full creative potential. This awareness empowers us to dissolve any hereditary or assimilated patterns that cause suffering and disease, and prevent us understanding our true nature.
As we strip away the limiting beliefs we become aware that we are expressions of the creative force that shapes the Universe, and that we hold the potential to apply that power in our lives each day.
In this blog I share my experience and the realisations I have had on my journey out of suffering, my personal truth. I encourage those of you that feel resonance with the information to explore that feeling, comment and ask questions.
Ultimately, it is in connection to one another that we see ourselves reflected.
