Oh I thought you meant by dreams... Future plans/goals.
Everybody dreams (about 8 a night they say) but most do not remember them.
I had a period I wrote them down, woke up, wrote it down slept, etc... In the morning I read what I wrote and took the message out of it.
Now I remember most, there are once back in bed I continue the dream.
The more time you use a day to think, relax and think the less busy you are at night.
Now my dreams are more like thoughts.. Frequently I write my stories in my (half)sleep.
