Thanks you! 😁 my eating disorder involved constant starving only to binge out later one and I overcame that literally overnight when I started to eat a healthy mostly whole food plantbaswd diet (basically lots of potatoes, rice, veggies, beans and legumes, fruit etc) 😁 i now eat around 2500-3000 kcal per day and never ever try to starve myself and it has worked so far😁 thansk so much for the resteem!
