My name is Aileen. I am a mother to a three year old daughter, Nicola. I am a wife to an amazing partner, Rob. We reside in the middle of the rolling plains, Oklahoma. Oklahomans are known for their passion and love for food. That I can agree with. You’ll likely catch me either reading, exercising, working on our passion project, or cooking. I love the simple life. I enjoy good company, nice food, and some laughter. (You see the theme here? Foood) We live a minimal lifestyle always striving to live consciously.
