Actually, there are only two state universities in the Philippines that offer Ceramic Engineering program. MSU-IIT in Mindanao and the other one is the Mariano Marcos State University in Ilocos. It is one of the reasons why Ceramic Engineering program is not well known in the Philippines.
Oh I see, is there enough demand for ceramic engineers in the Philippines?
Yes, sir. There are a lot of company in the Philippines that hire Ceramic Engineers. One of those company is Murata, they manufacture ceramic capacitors. Even Samsung company, they also need Ceramic Engineers.
