The story of a fail programmer...real story of my friends.

Long ago, I was working in a software company. The day was going well, soon after getting double promotion, I became Deputy Timelid, the job was going well. There was a colleague (his name is not as an alias - Kamal). Kamal brother is quite funny, always laughs and others laugh too. I still remember a joke I had in mind. But he could not get a lot of benefits in the job. I saw his main problem skills. In the meantime, some of the offices have been dropped for efficiency. Kamal Bhai was better than those who were excluded from the trip, but he was given an opportunity to prove himself.

I tried to convince him many days that he would be in danger if he was able to pass the time when he smiled like this. I said, why are not you learning new things? I'll help you if you need help. But you work hard and practice well. He did not seem to have taken my words for long. On the contrary, he is already trying hard enough. I tried to explain briefly and gave up. No one can be helped by force ...

After a few months, I came to know that Kamal Bhai has been dropped. The mind felt bad, but I knew it would be. I turned my mind to work again, I forgot a while. After working in a number of companies, I started my business one day. Within a few days everything went well. It was 2 years to see ...

One day when I was lining up for withdrawing money from the ATM machine of the bank, at the time I met Kamal Bhai. I look at the dirty face and see what the matter is. He said, my brother is not my job, give me a job. I heard from the sky and said, I have lost my job again? He said - Where again, I did not get a job after leaving. Now I am more surprised. I could not understand how it is possible. The worst thing is to do, somewhere, there is no job anywhere that anyone can take in two years, that was my opinion. Surprised to me, he said that even after giving CV in many places no one would call him in the interview. I definitely told him - then you may have a problem with your CV, because if you did not get a job with an interview, I knew that lack of skill, but you are not calling in the interview. I told him, one does the job - your CVITA emailed me, I checked it. He said, brother is not time to visit CV, I need a job now, if you have not been in the job for 2 years, then you do not understand. Let me first serve you, see CV then. I said that no one will give you a job at all, you have to solve problems before and solve them. Two years without a job, now it is no more than 6 months, but if you solve it then it will not be so. He agreed that on the condition that I will refer to the companies I have known. I realized that he is still not focusing on correcting his mistake. Anyway, he left with my email and phone number. I stayed in his civor. But he did not email me, I also forgot his words....
Two more years later he called me. He said he still did not get a job and the situation became worse. He said that he has now sent me a CV, let me check it and make a job for him very soon. I could not convince him that I would not be able to give up the job. Because my client does not believe it. Anyway, by checking the CV, I realized that he was lagging behind, he did not know the new things. So I emailed him a few questions and a guide to learn something. He got frustrated enough to receive my email and said it would not help him. I was feeling a little bit bothered at this stage and thought I was worth it.

Two more years later, he called me again and said that he answered my question and he wanted to meet me. I showed his email and said to come to the office. But I realized that he wanted to take me for some jobs now, so I warned him that there is no such possibility. Anyway he came, the eyes were gloomy, now the state's darkness is in the face of the whole smile. He told me many sorrow, I also told him that if you had listened to me earlier then today you would not have seen this day. He said that his self-confidence has broken so much that he does not even want to learn anything. Sometimes you want to commit suicide. I understood him for two hours that I do not think so. I said, I will try hard enough for him, but if you do not listen to me I have nothing to do. He got frustrated over me and went away. After two more years, there was no conversation with him. I do not know where, how are you

This is a true story. And what we can learn from this incident, the programmers who ignore learning, waste time, and what happens to them. Not that it's a human story Thousands of programmers are destroying their lives by making the same mistake. When they get a job, they get rid of it. Forgetting yourself to improve yourself. And forget about the work that is not available in this line, the only helper for the skill. Thus, the programmers of our country did not destroy the life, so I shared the event.
