Hey Steemit! <3 I'm a nurse, gamer, and flow artist new to crytpo. Excited to get started!

Hey Steemit! :)

I'm rather new to the crypto world and was introduced to STEEM by @klye. The more I read everyone's posts, the more excited I am to join the community! My name is Sabrina and I'm a 24 year old from the more frozen parts of Canada. I'm a recent RN graduate with a love for music (especially EDM ), tattoos, hair dye, art, biology, modelling, gaming, and all things fuzzy.

To keep it short and sweet, here are a few of the highlights in my life:

Flow Arts

For those unfamiliar with flow arts, it includes talents such as hooping, poi, staff, fans, and any other skill-based prop manipulation. I started hula hooping two years ago when I was introduced by a friend and fell in love with it, soon branching out to spinning poi and fans. Eventually I grew the proverbial ladyballs to light my hoop and fans on fire, and I've been addicted ever since! The adrenaline rush is incredible! I've performed at a few small shows, but eventually I'd love to be able to spin at a few of the local festivals.

Gaming

I spend quite a bit of my free time gaming. Lately, I've been on a Terraria kick (shoutout to Steemers on Steam! ;) ).

Other favourites include Borderlands, Binding of Isaac, the Final Fantasy series, Kingdom Hearts, and, of course, all the old school Mario and Kirby games. Growing up I was fortunate enough to have a NES and every so often I get a wave of nostalgia and plug it back in - crazy it still works!

Nursing

I just recently graduated from nursing school and became a registered nurse this April.

I'm currently working on a busy med-surg floor, and while some days can be overwhelming, I absolutely love what I do. Being there for someone on what could very well be one of the scariest days of their life and striving to make them feel safe, comfortable, and valued is incredibly rewarding.

Modelling

Credit to Cynthia Korman Photography & Design

I used to be far more active in modelling in my teens and early 20's, but since school and now working full time, it's mostly just a freelance hobby. It's always fun to dress up and discover new locations that I may not have seen yet, especially when you click with your photographer. :)

Do we have anything in common? :) If so, link me up!

Very kind of you, Yogi.Artist! Thank you. Still learning about the community and the currency, but definitely enjoying it so far. :)

Hello! im a @klye friend, warm welcome from MinnowsUnite!

Too neat! Thanks for the welcome, wisehammer. ♡

Can confirm wisehammer is a friend of KLYE

cute and sexy mam cyno^^

Its sad that Steemit has become a forum for pretty girls showing off their bodies and making great money meanwhile so many well thought out and articulated posts earn little to nothing. If Steemit is to survive and flourish this trend simply must end.

I know! Lets just start tracking down and imprisoning any posters who don't meet whatever subjective standards we can come up with.

Well, if you aren't making as much money as you think you should be, perhaps your posts aren't quite as well articulated as you believe they are? :)

What in my statement makes you believe Im talking about myself?

Final Fantasy 2 (4) was the most amazing game to me when I was young. Welcome home.

Awesome to see another FF fan. ^_^

You sound a bit like my aunt who was quite the top gun in her day, though you're obviously in your prime. Welcome to the site ! It's the first cryptotechnology to successfully monetize content posted by users. It is potentially above and beyond bitcoin and ethereum, though I believe all three cryptotechnologies can co-exist.

Bitcoin has the potential to decentralize governments while ethereum can potentially decentralize corporations while user privacy remains intact.

BTW, I grew up bi-culturally between the US and Japan as I'm half-Japanese. I also composed my first song at age 5, went on to become a known code breaker and hacker by age 14, then went on to discover element 110 (Darmstadtium) on the Periodic Table of Elements at Berkeley, developed one of the top stock market trading track records using my algorithms, published a bestseller on investments, and more recently have been successfully trading volatility ETFs using my VIX Volatility algo as well as trading bitcoin, ethereum, and now steemit using my self-learning, self-evolving algorithms. With the potential for greater volatility in the coming months due to greater political and economic instability, my algos are ready to profit as they did during the great crash of 2008:

I think you'll find the steemit community wildly diverse, creative, intelligent, and mega-talented.

Have a look at a recent post of mine to get to know me better: https://steemit.com/investing/@selfishinvesting/why-the-economy-is-totally-screwed-the-coming-stock-market-crash-and-how-you-can-profit-from-it and feel free to ask questions or comment.

Enjoy your stay !

Welcome to Steemit, can't wait to see what you have to share.

Welcome onboard!

Thanks, cryptofiend! :)

Thanks for sharing this. It's really nice to get a more complete portrait than just attractive, nurse, friend of @klye. The flow art stuff is really interesting and your classmates look like a lot of fun! I hope you enjoy steemit!

Thanks, wry. :) Too cool to see you here!

:D I'm from Canada too! Not the frozen part the warmer parts. Nice to meet you.

Envious! I hope to one day live in BC... So expensive, though!

Med/Surg eh? What are the patient to nurse ratios like in Canada? 5:1?

Stick with it, it'll get "easier".

On the floor I am, yes, 5:1. All depends on the floor, though. Overnight it's 8:1.
Like everywhere though, the patient ratios aren't changing while the acuity of patients are.

Thank you for the encouragement. :)

You are a verry beautiful woman ! :*

YESSS moar gamers plz. #gaming

a beautiful and talented nurse. best regards
