Even Steemit needs a website. The buttons and frames are not on the blockchain, although posts, comments and upvotes are.
You have failed to state on your website what blockchain is for. It is like saying that you are going to use a computer. What are you going to use it (blockchain) for? What dapps? Throwing around buzz words is not enough.
Smart contract is just another word for 'program' and 'blockchain' for 'database'. You said something like 'I am going to use computers and databases for e-commerce'.
