Hello dear Steemit community
My name is Gladys Stillwagon born in Mexico adopted by love for a wonderful man my husband Ed in the United States.
I have now the mixture of two cultures, ways of thinking and in this process I have tried to combine the two cultures and I can comment that I have worked very well, here is love, communication and understanding and let be.
I am passionate about reading, in the same way I write, write, write I love to cook healthy and nutritious food.
I did a university degree in Business Administration and marketing of which I lived many years,
Study many courses of nutrition and I must confess that I continue studying this subject because I am learning more and more.
You know the beauty of life is an art because with everything that exists today with pollutants, food with few nutrients that causes many causes of ill health that is even more often seen at a young age. Well as you realize I'm very interested in that subject.
And I hope that at least with a grain of sand that each being give to those around us what we know to be in harmony with our body and with our being that is already an advance
I am an accomplished student of this great adventure that is nutrition and being able to have good health and how to be in balance with the body and being
I hope to be able to transmit all the knowledge that I have accumulated in my life and to be able to help who wants to read my writings.
