hey guys.
Im Ali , and im new here , wanna introduce myself a bit
Im 19 , live in Hungary and im general medicine student.
I wanna talk about the most important thing happened in my life since September 2016.
I was suffering to be a fat boy entire my life.I tried to lose weight several times, but I got negative results
I remember september 2016 , I reached highest weight in ma life , 150 kg!!!!!
couldnt wear nice clothes , couldnt attract any girls , was sooo annoying .
then I started ...
spetember 15 I packed my bag and I went to the gym.ahhh couldnt run more than 2 minutes.but I was seeing a good result in future.

19th JULY 2017
now Im 105 kg
I can wear whatever I want
my size is between XL / L (not 4 - 5 XL anymore)
I can attract girls :)))))))
I run every day for 5-6 km
I dont have pain in my joints anymore
I dont have asthma anymore
and I have good life....

• the key in my body transformation is: I couldnt take diet cause I have to study a lot and actually I dont like it , I just put exercise in my daily routine and decrease carbohydrates from daily meal
