My pet is a tarantula, a sling (baby), my little pet right here was given by my elder sisters' boyfriend, which is an exotic lover also.
The name of this species is Brachypelma Smithi, its a very nice pet its easy to handle and not aggressive, this tarantula is a terrestrial they commonly live in the ground, while arboreal tarantulas lives in trees and its pretty aggressive(thanks to google for this info).

As you can see he doesn't have much color because hes just a sling, when it turns into adult it will have a black and orange color on his legs, and i cant wait for it ahahhahahaha,

The first day that i have it it looks like as the size of a clothes button, it's so tiny but it crawls in my hand pretty fast, it molted 3 times and now it looks like this.

I love feeding it every time with a super worm (if you didnt know what super worms is, then check out my last review about super worms, be sure to upvote) but right now hes on a premolt (preparing to molt) stage, it didnt eat for about 5 days until now and thats the sign that its gonna molt (shedding of skin) then that purple or kinda like violet line color on its stomach is a sign that its gonna molt.

This picture was its previous molt. When its molting it tuned it self upside down and its old skin starts to crack on its back and then pushing it over until the old skin came off, dont ever touch it or try to feed it, its body is very fragile and its teeth or fangs are very pale and soft, after molting and it can cause stress to them and could possibly lead to death, so after an hour it will flip it self, as you can see its body is so pale, after a week you can feed it.

When setting up its enclosure or its cage make sure that it 2x bigger and higher than it cause terrestrial tarantulas doesnt like little space than arboreal tarantulas, for his bedding just use some coco fiber or coconut fiber, coco fiber is useful in making it as its bedding cause it absorbs humidity and you know tarantulas are cold blooded.
