Unfortunately I am fairly new to Steemit and am unsure what can be done about something like this. I do know there is an abuse tag that people post problems in so maybe making a post there about the issue. You can also flag the post she made with the little flag symbol off to the right of the post.

Also something that people do here to prove that they are really themselves is verify their account. You do this by taking a picture of yourself holding a piece of paper with todays date and Steemit on it and then post that on your blog. Then your account is verified.
