My Qualities .... I guess?
LOVE TO TRAVEL AND EAT NEW FOOD! I have travelled most of Europe, Grew up in the Gulf(UAE, Oman), Been to Malaysia and Singapore. Next in my bucket list and possibly my dream destination is Japan. Other than than, I think Maldives would be a great vacation. Favorite food has to be Ramen because of its healthy aspect and the refined taste. Apart from this my favorite dessert is always going to be this Indian street popsicle called "Ice Gola". Its basically shaved icings with some flavoured syrup but damn is it good. Here's a picture.
Moving to more goal oriented, I love to learn and believe that you should be more knowledgeable today than you were yesterday. I constantly explore new fields whether it be related to my career or just my personal couch hobbies with an open mind.
I also am a programmer and believe that one should always code and develop to fulfil a purpose towards solving real world problems by finding modern solutions.
I mainly am involved with Software Development mainly Game Development and Web Development using Extended Reality and other such technologies.

Where am I from?
I am from Hyderabad, India 🇮🇳 but grew up mostly in Dubai, UAE 🇦🇪, actually spent a major chunk of my life there including education but moved back to my home country to pursue my under graduation degree.
My Aspirations and Career
I am a senior undergrad student in an University pursuing my Computer Engineering Program similar to many others I guess. I am currently working on my applications to a Master's degree in a Computer Science field to propel my career forward. I have recently been really stressed due to the graduate admission process and it honestly was tearing me up, so I decided to take a break and explore HIVE. I have taken up two internships professionally both as a Software Developer and worked with mostly web related technologies. I want to one day have a startup or company of mine to bring a change and impact this world in a positive way. I believe that technology is the key to so many unexplored but much needed solutions in the world which have been overlooked by many "Leaders".

Hobbies and Interests
Oh there are a plethora of hobbies lol
- Love Space, Stargazing and amateur astronomy
I fell in love with Space and Cosmos pretty early - maybe 4-5 years of age. The feeling of the mysteries beyond our atmosphere absolutely give me the chills (I just felt one while writing this). The unknowns which exist and the discoveries to be made later just excite me way too much. Each and every concept from identifying planets and studying about their atmospheres all the way till the black hole theories are just way too good for me. This picture is basically my dream.

- Absolute CHAD Gamer
I mean tbh who isn't a gamer these days. Although the term has been quite overused and mocked in the present day, I feel proud in calling myself that. I have been playing games ever since I can remember on the old CRT monitors. The days of Runescape, DOOM, Roadrash and f*ck it even Solitare and Space Pinball still ring a lot of nostalgic feelings. Fast forward to this day, I play quite a lot of games in different genres. Currently am loving Cyberpunk 2077 (well apart from all the controversy, I still think that it is a great game), Genshin Impact (I never thought I would like this game but the Gatcha really got me), Guild wars 2 (an MMORPG is a must of course), League of Legends (VERY CASUAL I SWEAR 🤣), and last but not least many blockchain "games" such as Splinterlands, Decentraland, etc.
I even develop games in my free time on Unity3D and Unreal Engine.

Your boy is a weeb. Not really but like ya'know. I watched quite during my teenage years but I just can't make time for it these days sadly.
My all time favorite: Cowboy Bebop (what a f*cking masterpiece)
I have watched a lot of Ghibli films as well and grew up watching DBZ, Naruto and still watch One Piece till this day.

- Guitar
Guitarist, more before but still dabble a bit from time to time with my acoustic to eliminate stress and relax. And no I don't just play Seven Nation Army, or Iron Man lol.
- Physical Fitness and Sports
Hit the gym frequently; I Love playing Basketball, it almost makes me feel more alive when I am on the court and bouncing the ball. Have been playing since a kid and the game just really resonated with me ya'know. Big Fan of NBA and Lebron is my idol. This was potato young me going for my first ever tourney with my first ever jersey.
Finally, I involved myself in the crypto space starting this year with full of unknown territories to explore and never would have imagined I would have found this wonderful blockchain with so many opportunities and that I would be writing this entire post about myself. It even helped me to relax and think deeper into who I am and where I am which I seem to have forgotten in the recent days due to Grad Admission stress. I look forward to posting more and embarking on this journey of blogging for the first time in my life. Thank you for reading this post about me! 🙏👀

Welcome to Hive. It's great that you have aspirations to make changes to the world, we need more people with this mindset. What specifically do you think the leaders have overlooked and what solutions do you have in mind that will address these gaps? There might even be people on Hive who can help you if you have a sound business case for your startup.

We have countless problems but let me take environmental concerns for a start. It is pretty obvious that the leaders aren't doing much regarding cutting down usage of fossil fuels and instead are giving leeway to large corporations to take up land to aggravate the effect. This is believe is due to their ignorance to the term "green energy" or just failure to accept that it is a viable source of energy. Of course, it is not easy to switch to renewable sources all of a sudden but a gradual process, but even for that, serious steps need to be taken by the leaders. COP26 was a mockery and was pretty evident.
Technology not only can bring the actual renewable sources and harvest them but even bring its onset. What I mean by that is developing technology for the transition rather than directly the end product which seems to be so hard as of now. This technology obviously will vary and comes in different forms, in fact, brilliant minds from small villages in India are coming up with ways to harvest Solar energy much better with modifications in transistor technology, in fact I coded for a mini project which aimed to maximize the effect of the diodes of solar panels. I won't go in detail here or I will keep rambling on and on.
Apart from this another major concern was the weakness of security in current large scale IOT systems. I specialize in network security especially in wireless sensor networks, so I was left baffled when I notices its vulnerabilities. At the same time I was getting into Blockchain technology and its development, I implemented a blockchain and IOT integration model which basically eliminated data tampering in the middle. The research paper is under peer review in one of the international journals now.
It really is sad how ignorant and unaware people are regarding the privacy and security breaches around them, in fact Mr. Robot was right all along. Not very clear on my startup idea but damn sure it will bring a change when I figure it out. Hopefully my master's degree orients my thoughts.
But yep, I would love to join and work in a community regarding the same cause. Thanks again for showing interest and reaching out! If possible please do leave a like on the post as it is my first one, will really help me!
Wow! That's incredible! You're an undergraduate and you have a research paper being reviewed with an international journal already, many PhD students don't manage that you even years of research. In that case you don't need to sweat over your post graduate application, I'm sure universities will be glad to snap you up
