Hello to all the hive users here! Hi, everyone! This is my first time here in the hive. I hope I will make a good impression on all of you, and I hope that this hive will help us grow and also help us to be a better version of ourselves. So, before I start my intro blog, let me introduce myself.
My name is @elaiza09. I am 16 years old. I turned 16 last November, and I am currently studying at a national high school here in our municipality of San Remigio. I am now a grade 10 student.
Background of My Life
So now let me tell you about the background of my life. I am the youngest of the three siblings. My mother and father are separated by house due to my mother's job. My mother is a very responsible mother to us. I have a sister; she is the eldest of us; she graduated last year, but at this point, she doesn't have a job yet; my brother is the second among us; he graduated high school and then found a job to support his wife or lived with his partner and children. I don't know, but he said he doesn't want to be in college and then me, of course. I am a working student; my mother's boss is the one who supports my studies, and I am also living with my mother as well as my mother's boss.
My Background in Terms of My Studies
My background in terms of my studies, I have been an achiever since my elementary days and until now, thanks to God, and I am still doing my best to continue to be an achiever. That is the only way for me to make my mother and father proud. I want to be a successful person someday, and I don't want to skip school because I know how hard it is for my parents to support the three children on their own.
What I Want to be in the Future
The moment I reach college, I would like to take a CPA course because, as I heard, you can easily earn money, and honestly, I want to work for a big company someday so that I can say that I have enough income so that I can help my parents because I witnessed how lacking our income is. But I think I cannot make it because the tuition is so expensive that my family cannot afford it. But as a student who is dreaming of it, I would try to take scholarships from different schools, and maybe I will make it, right? 'Nothing is impossible because the word itself says "Impossible"—Audrey Hepburn', so I will make my dream come true.
How I am as a person, what are my favorites, what are my pet peeves, and what do I hate the most?
In terms of my personal life, like just myself, I am not a picky person in terms of food; I love iced coffee. I drink iced coffee two times a day and sometimes four times a day, and my favorite flavor is caramel macchiato. My favorite fruit is the orange, and my favorite vegetable is the lady's finger. My favorite breakfast is eggplant with eggs, or along in Bisaya. My pet peeve is when they're leaving; they don't say goodbye, even if they know you're with them. Well, I have two pet peeves. The other one is that if you give orders over and over again or even give orders to people, I will get angry that even though you can do it, you still ask others to do it. This is not just a pet peeve; this is also what I hate the most because it is so annoying.
Hobbies
Drawing✍🏻
My hobbies? I love to draw. Every time I am bored, I will draw random things that come to mind.
I also love playing and watching volleyball. It might not be a hobby, but I love playing it almost every day, and it is one of my stress relievers. I also love watching K-dramas and I know most of us are watching K-dramas so it is not rare for you because I know that you know K-dramas, who don't know Korean dramas? I love eating while watching dramas. My snack when I watch series or movies is junk food, but my favorite snack is potato fries with matching iced coffee. Yeah, I love it. My favorite K-drama that I have been watching is The Crush Landing on You and The Penthouse. There are a lot of K-dramas that I have been watching, but these two are the best K-dramas.
Who Introduced me to Hive
This day is our orientation day, where Ma'am @dehai who is the one who introduced hives to my friend @svetlana08 and my friend @svetlana08 introduced hives to us, is the one who explained to us what would flow when the moment we entered the hive world. Ma'am @dehai explained to us what the do's and don'ts are in terms of using hives, what our expectations are in using hives, and who the founders are. She also shared with us that hives are used by Filipinos or even foreigners. She told us that hives are all over the world. What I love about Hive is that you can communicate with other people where you can, and you will improve your social skills when talking to other people, even if it is through social media. You will also improve your writing skills, your English, and many other advantages of Hive. After the orientation, we went outside to play at the playground. We also took pictures outside the house.
