RE: Day One: Another Exciting Journey!

in #introduction3 years ago

Hello to everyone that replied here. I am sincerely grateful for the support you've given with this post.I find it hard to reply to each and every comment because I am low in RC. I just want to let you know that I am so happy you've shown me love in my first day here.

To be honest, everything seems so complicated to me, especially the rules about upvoting, commenting or sending gifts, and more. It is my first time to emcounter a blogging site like this, and I am not gonna lie, it's hard to understand at one reading. I have checked out tutorial contents until now, but I know I still have to remember the guidelines by heart.

Hopefully, I could publish a better introduction post (one with more elaborate sharing and more pictures) unlike this one I made.

Once I master the key points to remember, I will be back and post better content, it will not take too long though. For some reason, the "giftgiver" site ain't working to me. (I just go into endless loops of captcha codes but I can't submit my request). I am still figuring out how to get the resource credits for me. For now, I am aaiting for my RC to charge so I could interact better.

Have a nice day! (I hope all that replied here could see this one).

Hi Michelle, I see you have sorted out giftgiver now so your resource credits should keep you going for a while. I think it only lasts for a week, so you will have to do it again in a few days time. If it doesn't work again, please ping me and I'll help you out.

Hive can be very daunting for newbies as it's so different from traditional social media. There's a lot to learn and read, which is why I created @newbies-guide, which I see you're following already. Well done!!! I suggest don't get bogged down with reading too much all at once, but this following post will be a good guide on how to set yourself up during your first week.

Thereafter, I suggest just write from your heart and what you know or what interest you, making sure you only produce original content.

There are a lot of users from Philippines here, and I'm tagging @purepinay who is very active in onboarding and guiding new users from Philippines. She, as well as everyone else here who has left you a comment will be more than happy to help you, all you need to do is ask.

Enjoy your time on Hive.

thank you, for tagging me, @livinguktaiwan ;)
