Good day, ladies and gentlemen. I am excited to be part of this great hive community. My journey to the hive community is one with lots of lessons to learn. My name is David Ademolu. I was introduced to an alleged hive community by a friend, but unfortunately, it was nothing but a scam site where we were both defrauded. Never wanting to give up, I did intense research, and here I am today, ready to explore this world full of possibilities.
In my secondary school days, I gave myself a nickname called "gentleprince", and that's due to my calm nature. I am an introvert who enjoys communicating with myself.
MY MUSIC LIFE
Although I may not be a great musician, my love for music cannot be underestimated. I grew up in a family where my mother is a chorister and my father is an instrumentalist. Each day won’t pass by without hearing the sound of music flowing through the thin air. My sister is currently following in these footsteps.
HEALTH AND FITNESS
My love for health and fitness all began in my university days. I was given health education as my course of study. It was through this course that my love for and interest in better well-being grew. I learnt how to take proper care of my health and some hazardous habits to put away. I have also become an advocate of exercise and better health. My university life in general was fun because that is where I learnt how to cook and its importance to healthy living.
TRAVELLING AND NATURE
I am a fan of nature, and I love exploring new areas. I guess it is a place to relax and remove all the bad energies and vibes.
MY CURRENT STATE
In 2019, after my secondary school days (high school), I got bored and decided to start my journey to financial freedom with a plan to retire at an early age. I believe so much in the quote that says "the best form of investment is in one’s self". I didn’t see formal education as the best way to achieve my financial goals, so I began to explore different fields like programming, Foreign exchange (FX), graphics and the cryptocurrency space. Although I received little to no support from my family, my story is that of one who never gave up despite all odds.
Overall, I am happy to be part of this amazing platform where I can help like-minded individuals grow and likewise grow myself by learning from others. Thanks to Hive for making me a better person through writing and enabling me to share my thoughts and ideas.
