I can answer a couple of questions. First of all, welcome to Steemit!! When people tag you they will have to use the user name you have, I think. Some people post 3-4 times a day. Standerad is once a day, maybe twice a day, but if you're posting constantly throughout the day you may be flagged. It takes a while to get accustomed to Steemit, don't think you're going to learn everything at once, I'm still learning. You can write or post about whatever your passions are. It takes time to build up your account, so don't expect to get huge payouts right away. This is a great community where people really support each other. :)
