This is my first post on steemit. One of my family members recommended that I use this website. My name is Vincent but I preferred to be called Vince. I'm 17 and one of my most noticeable traits is that I'm funny; I make almost everything into a joke and most of the time its not appropriate. I love dry and dark humor.
I'm still learning how this website works so hopefully I'm not breaking any of the rules by showing my face and releasing inrl info.
I live in the United States with my parents. This is what I look like:
I own a cat that I saved from the streets; I sold my new video game console to pay for her eye medication. Her eye is still messed up and the vets say that it'll never get better and the only thing I can do from now on is prevent it from getting worse by giving her eye drops everyday. This is what she looks like:
On a more serious note I have ADD so if my future post ever see off the wall or out of order you'll know why. I like going out to parties so I'll post about some of my experiences in the future most likely. I really would like to see some feedback from the community of what people are looking for from me on this website.
I hope the rest of your night is well; thank you for reading my first post on steemit.
Welcome - good man for looking after that kitty!
I do my best to look after her. She is like my child to me 😊😊:)
Any questions, hit me back. Also, look me up and let me know when you verify and I will help support.
full $teem ahead!
ps, lol, I just boosted your rep. by 3 points with an up vote, now your rep is 29welcome young @vincee There are a couple of things you can do to help your account along. See that number next to your user name? That is your rep number. It is low, but that is because you are new. To help, you can do a few things. 1 is if you have a twitter, blog or other social media account, you can announce your steemit account/username there, then you can do an #introducemyself post and put the link to your social media account where you announce your steemit account. You should check those out to get an idea of how others do it. This helps verify your account and that someone didn't hijack your account. You can also make a "steemit" sign with the date and your user name and you of course and make it part of your #introducemyself post. Anyway, hope that helps. It will take some work. Post stuff about stuff you like. Don't plagiarize, or make sure it's your writing and be sure to use pictures that are labeled for Free use. @streetstyle
Thank you!
no prob. , hit me back when you post again so I can up vote it...

Welcome to Steemit! :))
Thank you!
Good luck with the humorous approach. Be careful with how far you go, not everyone shares the same sense of humor. I've probably offended a few people with mine.
Tag things properly. I use "offcolorhumor" along with "humor" or "funny" to indicate I'm only joking especially if I'm pushing it. Just telling you this stuff because some people read into things and take the literal meanings. You said "dark" and "dry", those are tough ones for some people to "get". If that's your natural talent though, I'm not a bad influence when I say just go for it.
Thanks for the advice!
