This is why I have sold ALL of my assets in financial markets and decided to instead pay down some debt on the real estate I have. I am now improving my cash flow to prepare to adjust not only my portfolio but also my lifestyle.

No doubt there is large risk but I feel as long as the US economy continues to grow at its current rate then it should bring the world along with it. It is probably 'kicking the can down the road' somewhat however as I believe there are major structural changes required for most economies in the world.
When everyone is up to their eyeballs in debt, who else is left to borrow? Something has to give at some point.
