Hi Steemians,
On the 30th of July I opened an account on Genesis Mining with a "2 Years Ether Mining" contract, having hashpower 6MH/s. I have allocated all the power to mining ETH.
Before that, I had allocated all the hashpower to mining STEEM for 1 day but after reading posts that users are unable to transfer the funds to their Steemit wallet, I switched completely to ETH mining.
Since I have paid using my credit card, they stated that they will be keeping the funds for 30 days before the first payout which is fine for me.
However, after watching the below video, the narrator said that the funds should be present in the "My orders -> Pending Balance".
After 4 days, all the pending balances are still zero and I have created a ticket but they have not replied me yet.
Can anyone help me in understanding if either I bought too less hashpower for mining ETH or there is really an issue?
What is the best cryptocurrency to mine under the pure Ether mining contract?

I just bought a contract this month. After the first payout I will check whether it is worthwhile and how much I need to invest to make it worthwhile.

I have invested quite a bit into Genesis mining. My current mining allocation consists of 22.5 TH/s of open-ended BTC hashpower, and 7.5 MH/s of two year ETH hashpower. I have allocated my BTC haspower to Dash and Zcash 50/50. I am using my ETH hashpower to mine 100% ETH.
Like all other popular blockchain networks as of late, the Genesis Mining site has been bogged down by exponential growth, however; the administration really seems to be on top of things. They have been responding to all of my inquiries and diligently fixing any technical difficulties that arise.
Don't listen to people like kahung33. They are trying to take advantage of the panic in the market right now, and don't know what they are talking about. The predominant mining farm available right now is Genesis. Recently, they have been having some difficulties in displaying the payouts, but they will post soon enough. Besides, you don't want to spread yourself thin by engaging in another, separate contract on some random site that nobody uses like "hashing24".
This is my first time trying out cloud mining and I had chosen genesis because of the great reviews. If this one does not work out then I will consider investing in mining hardware to be on the safe side :)

Are you speaking to me or the user that created this post? The point was that he has not received the payments from Genesis Mining, so there would be no way for him to take a screenshot of them. If you were asking me to post a screenshot, I would rather not post pictures of my personal account in a public forum such as this. Thanks.

Invested in Genesis for the time being. My first time and it would be difficult to invest in another cloud mining.
If this does not work out, I will be switching to buying mining hardware

Currently having the same problem and I had sent Genesis a support ticket on the matter. They emailed me back saying that the interface is kinda glitched and will be fixed soon. Knowing Genesis, they will get you your payouts eventually.

The hardfork + genesis crisis is making me freak out!
Don't stress; I recently got a big payout which compensated for all the slow payouts from the crypto madness we've been experiencing!
Actually they have problems, but i think the next days they will solve it ! Talked to them via twitter.
