Just my 0.02 Steem, but yes, I've been following prices and I started buying now at $2.6 (nibbling) and going to buy much more as prices approaches $2.

I don't think we'll see $1.x probably ever again after Jan 2018.

After the recent run I think everything is possible. However, I think that many of the new investors have no clue what they are getting in and how to power up their liquid Steem to participate in our ecosystem. It is on us to write many trending posts explaining how and why this is a good idea.
