When I joined Steem blockchain, I took the help of someone and paid him some amount of crypto which he converted into STEEM and then created an account for me. There is also a procedure to create a free account with email id and mobile number, but that takes time. Nowadays the things have become so fast that waiting 15 days for creating a decentralized social account does not sound great. So in a general sense, people will normally go with paying a certain amount like 3 STEEM to create an account. But the creation of account in Steem community has also evolved along with various dapps and development around it.
Steem.ninja is very renowned name in serving people to create their Steem account and join this community. It usually charges 2 usd nominal fees via credit card to create a Steem account and it also facilitates a certain amount delegation to the newly created account so as to help the newcomer get started in this community with ease without worrying for resource credit issue.
Now this has scaled further and it has brought INV token in to the ecosystem and INV token is a tradable token in Steem-engine. A Steem user can mine this token by delegating steem power to Steem.ninja account. So creating an account in Steem seems easier now with INV token. Every week it rolls out 300 INV tokens and based on the delegation by different SP holders, it distributes the tokens every week. I have delegated my available SP and I got my INV token today. So it is a nice experience of mining INV token and I can easily trade this in Steem-engine and can also create an account with INV token. Account creation with INV token is also quite easy and one can easily redeem INV to token to mine Steem account in 1:1 ratio, means 1 Steem account for 1 INV token.
Now they are also taking PAL delegation to facilitate the mining of INV tokens. The INV tokens are mined every week @300 INV per week. However this figure can change subject to the changing scenario of delegation each week. For more details you should go through their official blog.
I have delegated 25 SP and against that today I received 0.164 INV tokens. I have continued my delegations and hopefully I will be able to mine more INV tokens in coming weeks.

• Go to https://invite.steem.ninja/
• Click "Delegate Now".
• Input "Steem username" & then click "Show Available Steem power".
• Delegate the amount of SP you want to.
• Authorize the delegation either through steemconnect or steem keychain.
Creation of Steem account with INV token
• Go to https://invite.steem.ninja/
• Click "Create instant account with INVITE".
• Input "Steem username" & "Check INVITE Balance".
• If you have at least one INVITE token, then you will be able to create Steem Account by paying INV token.
Pros
- Easy to mine INV tokens
- INV tokens have various utilities like creeating Steem account, trading it in Steem-engine
- Easy to gift a Steem account to a relative by redeeming INV token.
- INV token is cost effective also.
- Idle SP can be utilized to mine INV tokens, so SP resource can utilized.
Cons
- I think there should be an upper limit of SP delegation to mine INV tokens, otherwise it will be skewed to few powerful SP holder only.
Final Words
I delegated 25 SP and against that on 7th July 2019 I received 0.164 INV token. If you delegate more you can mine more tokens. I definitely see this as one of the wise ways to utilize my SP. My SP was idle and now the same idle SP is mining INV token for me. Steem-engine & Steem.ninja both have given a new opportunity to all and with INV token the account creation looks more easier now and INV tokens can be utilized in various ways as well.
