I too have noticed the downfall of society in the respect that smartphones and digital interaction has overtaken their lives. In only a single generation people have managed to grow up in a society with little value placed on true human interaction. I think we have been deceived by all this technology. Certainly it isn't bad in itself but the way we have been using it doesn't seem right in many ways.
