It's 38

2:00 on clock = 2
each banana is worth 1, so 3 bananas = 3
And the polygons are equal to all the sides. The top row has square (4 sides) inside a pentagon (5 sides) inside a hexegon (6 sides) = 15

BUT the last row only has the pentagon, inside hexagon, NO SQUARE. So 6+5 = 11

2 + 3 + 3 x 11 = 38
