Has the terrorist group MEK has infiltrated the Iran protests?

The protests in Iran have gotten violent. Police have been killed as police station are attacked. Military bases have been attacked.

The violence seems more characteristic of militants than protestors. Some have said that the terrorist group MEK has gotten involved and is again trying to overthrow the Iranian government.
