I don't think so, He wasn't Zionist, he was an extremist Muslim, He brain washed uneducated and poor people, and when he came to power, he became a dictator himself, again here is another video of his first years, look :

Yes it was and I believe that it was by design. Radical islam was created by Israel. Khomeini may not have known that he was a puppet. I haven't studied Khomeini in depth but researchers that I trust more than most believe that he was. That does not make it true - I would need to do more research before I could be sure one way or the other which is why I wanted your opinion.
One thing is for certain, the people of Iran have suffered and it's not their fault.
If you read about Khomeini's past and his childhood, you can see he was full of revenge, the things he saw and the things happened to his family made him full of hate, and he took his revenge at the end.
