Private satellite launches are a far bigger source of SpaceX revenue than government ones.
Private Starlink subscriptions are 1000x government ones.
Private buyers of Tesla cars vastly outnumber government ones.
Plus Musk is definitely not doing what the Biden Administration wants. He has become a staunch libertarian Republican.
I believe there is zero chance Elon did anything without approval from the defense department. He has a not very much a liberty guy. Plays one on TV bit when u look at the facts not so much.
