Oggi per pranzo ho preparato per la mia famiglia un secondo piatto saporito. Sto parlando della "frittata gusto pizza".
E' un'alternativa originale e molto gustosa della comune frittata, che ricorda per l'aspetto e per alcuni ingredienti una classica pizza.
For lunch today, I prepared a tasty second course for my family. I'm talking about the "pizza omelette".
It's an original and very tasty alternative to the common omelette, which resembles a classic pizza for its appearance and some ingredients.
:Ingredienti: 📝
Uova - 6
Parmigiano reggiano - 30 gr
Aglio - 1 spicchio
Latte - 50 ml
Prezzemolo fresco - 10 gr
Pancarrè - 60 gr
Sale - q.b
Mozzarella - 170 gr
Pomodorini - 150 gr
Origano secco - q.b
:Ingredients: 📝
Eggs - 6
Parmesan cheese - 30 gr
Garlic - 1 clove
Milk - 50 ml
Fresh parsley - 10 gr
Sandwich - 60 gr
Salt - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - 170 gr
Tomatoes - 150 gr
Dried oregano - to taste
:Preparazione: 👩🏻🍳
1️⃣ Con un robot da cucina iniziamo a triturare finemente l'aglio, il prezzemolo, il pancarrè e il parmigiano reggiano grattugiato.
Successivamente aggiungiamo e sbattiamo per bene con le fruste, le uova, il latte e il sale.

1️⃣ With a food processor we begin to grind finely the garlic, parsley, sandwich and grated parmesan cheese.
Then add and beat well with the whips, eggs, milk and salt.

2️⃣ Trasferiamo il composto ottenuto in una teglia rotonda dal diametro di 24 cm, foderata con la carta forno bagnata e ben strizzata.
Inforniamo per 20 min circa a 200 °C.

2️⃣ We transfer the mixture obtained into a round baking sheet with a diameter of 24 cm, lined with wet baking paper and well wrung out.
We bake for about 20 min at 200 °C.

3️⃣ Quando la frittata sarà pronta aggiungiamo sulla superficie i pomodorini tagliati a metà, la mozzarella a pezzetti e una spolverata di origano.
Infornare di nuovo per altri 15 min, giusto il tempo per rendere filante la mozzarella.

3️⃣ When the omelette is ready we add on the surface the tomatoes cut in half, the mozzarella cheese in pieces and a sprinkling of oregano.
Bake again for another 15 minutes, just enough time to make the mozzarella cheese streamlined.
