A great easy sauce to go with pasta or gnocchi.
Ingredients
- 300g blue cheese
- 2 1/2 cups of single cream or whipping cream
- Bunch of chives
- half an onion (chopped)
1 - Heat the onion on medium heat until lightly sweated.
2 - Pour in the cream and cook on medium heat.
3 - Pull the cheese apart and cut the chives.
4 - Get the cheese into the cream and stir consistently.
5 - reduce down by 1/3 and then add the chives.
6 - Stir and you are ready to add to your favourite pasta or gnocchi.
