When music fills us with energy: No Bad Dayz by Notis heavyweight rockaz

Hello, friends of @reggaesteem

There are days when we need a dose of energy and hope to get out of bed and into the street and try to eat the world. For those gray days, thanks to Jah, there is always good music. We all know that music is not only sounds, it is also lyrics that reach our soul and move us, feelings with which we feel identified, hence music serves to remind us of experiences, people, but also inspires us and fills us with courage.

That's what the song Bad days by Notis HeavyWeinght Rockaz does. The duo who graduated from Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts in St Andrew, who has shared the stage with New Zealand reggae band Katchafire and has participated in major festivals such as Reggae Geel, Rebel Salute and the Today Festival, Tomorrow in Negril. It's worth mentioning that these two singers have two great hits: Miss You, the impressive Raggy Road and the beautiful and recent We are the Builders.

No Bad Dayz is the first single from their album of the same name that was released in 2017. The remix version that they have released on July 5 this year do so with the collaboration of dancer, musician and DJ Ding Dong.

No Bad Dayz is a reminder that despite the bad times, we can continue to bet on hope. A hymn that motivates us to look at things in a positive way and with a lot of optimism. It tells us that in spite of fear, we must dare and that everything we want we can achieve. It is all a matter of proposing it to ourselves and not stopping dreaming. There are no bad days, says the choir, it is all a question of attitude, of how we deal with situations. God will not remove the storms from us, but He will accompany us to walk under them.

So the next time you feel you need a little motivation in life to face the daily vicissitudes, listen No bad dayz at full volume and thank Jah for one more day of life and for the opportunity he gives you to grow and love. Remember that music is a weapon against unhappiness. Until the next smile, friends. ;)

I am one of those who believe that happiness is generally not achieved with big strokes of luck, but with small things that happen daily. Every day is a chance to be happy! Hugs, @crypticat. ;)

Really good write up, I will be playing this song often. These guys are below the radar but they don't even mind because they know they have good music.

I noticed that. I almost didn't find any information, but I thought it was because in Venezuela we have a lot of problems with some pages that the government has blocked. They're really good. Right now just this and listening to We Are The Builders. I love it! Thank you for proposing this challenge. You made me know new and quality music. Greetings, @dmilliz
