Ingredients:
250g of all purpose flour
55g of butter(may need extra if needed)
55g of sugar(may need extra if needed)
1 egg
Some milk(haven't go exact measurements but its around a splash of milk)
Directions
1.Add 250g of flour into a mixing bowl
Add the 55g of butter and knead with fingers
2.after the mixture looks like breadcrums add the 55g of sugar(add extra if needed)
3.make a hole in the middle of the mixture and add the one egg and a bit of milk
4.VERY VERY VERY SLOWLY not mix but "shiggle" the fork side to side so the milk and egg are slowly picking up the side of the dry mixture and make sure you dont mix it in,doing it like this prevents things like clumps and unevenlydistrubuted mixture
5.get some butter and evenly distribute over the pan to stop them sticking
6.rowl into small balls about the size of a tennis ball but a bit smaller and choose your jam(i used raspberrys jam) and with your finger make a small hole and put the jam it and then stick in the oven. Cook at about 150°c for about 25mins or untill golden
