The world's child mortality rate is lowest in Japan and highest in Pakistan. Death rates have decreased in Bangladesh. This information was disclosed in the annual report of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).

Although 7,000 children die every day, child mortality in the whole world has decreased. Iceland is followed by Japan. Then there are countries like Singapore, Finland, Estonia, Slovenia, Cyprus, Belarus, Norway and North Korea.
According to UNICEF's report, one in every 111 people died in Japan. 1 in every 1,000 people in Isleland, 1 in 9 of 9 people in Singapore die. These countries are said to be safe for childbirth.

Despite the decline in child mortality across the world, this rate has increased in low-income countries. According to UNICEF, according to the survey for 2016, 2.6 million children in the world die every year, whose age is not fulfilled for one month.
