Pianist Nobuyuki Mizuoka performed his original arrangement of “花は咲く (Hana Wa Saku / Flowers Will Bloom)” at Hatsudai Rehabilitation Hospital in Tokyo, Japan, on 19 March 2014. This beautiful song had been created by local composers as a part of the international humanitarian response to the 8.8 magnitude earthquake and accompanying tsunami that devastated Japan's northeastern (Tōhoku) region on March 11, 2011.
