Travel Views of Kagawa, Shikoku, Japan

Short post today. One of cool things to do in Japan is cycle around or get a vehicle. With smooth roads its not too difficult to get around and find good views and interesting stuff.

Coastal roads are pretty easy to get around and you can usually find some nice beaches. Some places you can get on a boat and visit an island.

Mountains are more difficult on the old bicycle but the views can be worth it. There is a lot of wild life so you can sometimes spot monkeys, snakes, deer, wild boar and bears.

So if you have the time it can be a relaxing trip to go around and explore. There are also a lot of abandoned structures in the mountains of more rural areas which can be super interesting and dangerous.

Thanks for viewing, my posts are about the journey, the process and showing my experiences. Don't hesitate to ask questions. All the photos are mine and can be found at https://www.flickr.com/photos/takoyaki_king/ Follow me if you interested in photography and travel.

That looks very pretty. I would love to spend time exploring the abandoned structures, dangerous or no! Is it possible / safe-ish to camp in the mountains? Night photography with ruins are just plain cool :-)

I totally fee you with the "old bike," too! When I lived in Spain, I always bought a bike, but it was always a cheap one. Climbing mountains with a heavy frame and gears that don't work quite right can be a heck of a challenge. It's a good work out, though!

Yeah its hard to find good abandoned places but when you do its worth it. Those mountains wreck your legs.

The first photo looks amazing! I like the brilliant beams of light extending from clouds, what camera did you use? or just your phone camera

thank you, I used a canon 5dmkii
