Developing country, Japan

When you heard that Japan is a backward country, I think that there are many people who feel discomfort.

Indeed there is an image that Japan is a high-tech country.

On the other hand, it is also a fact that it is a feature of Japan that being bound by unchangeable customs.

Especially it is remarkable in not being able to use IT well.

The Japanese hate change.

Instead of streamlining operations with convenient technologies, we aim to introduce technology into old-fashioned operations.

As a result, the new technology can not demonstrate its true value, the Japanese labor efficiency remains low or even worse than before.

Foolish, many people think so.

I think so too. And surely, I think many Japanese people are so.

In fact, however, people who have the power to drastically change work do not like change, and we are hard to improve our own work. This is because they link know-how on old ways with their own power.

Changes are seen gradually, but this trend is still seen in historical Japanese companies.

The current Japanese is developing, not to mention making new things, as well as to use it.
